I withhold the right to refuse any commission requests

If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may withhold from requesting a commission.

I don't allow my art to be used for NFT usage, AI purposes, anything adjacent or similar to it. Please do not upload it my Artworks to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

Reselling my art is strictly prohibited

Altering my art and posting it online is strictly prohibited

Tracing or directly copying my artworks one to one is also strictly prohibited

The process of the artworks being drawn are going to be streamed,

if you do not wish for this to happen then you may need to pay for another NDA fee increasing the price by 200% of the illustration's base cost

Any other NDA's on different artwork services are to be discussed with me

Any Artwork commissioned may not be claimed to have been drawn by you

Credits have to be given out if the artwork is uploaded on any social media website (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, Bluesky etc...)

Paying for a service and using it in different way that has not been discussed per agreement is prohibited (example: buying services for a Personal Illustration from me, but then proceeding to use it on Monetized Content or Commercial Merchandising)

If any of the following TOS are broken i am free to blacklist you from commissioning me again in the future
